Abstract

|
In Korea, ’fixing medicine price’ can be done for the pricing system. It can be regulated by Korean Antitrust law. And actually, there was a regulation by KFTC in 2009. It was the first regulation against ’fixing medicine price’. It can be regulated by monopolizing, cartel or unfairness. The effect of KFTＣ’s regulation is strong. Therefore, in the policy of healthcare, especially pharmaceutical side, Antitrust law can be a good tool. Good competition in the field of pharmaceutics will be a benefit to consumers, the patients.
